Cesc Fabregas has taken to social media to reveal his delight at helping Chelsea boost their Premier League title hopes by securing an impressive 2-1 win over Stoke at the Bet365 Stadium.

The Spanish midfielder was a second-half substitute as Antonio Conte’s men claimed all three points thanks to Gary Cahill’s late winner against the Potters.

Chelsea had taken the lead through Willian’s opener but the goal was cancelled out by Jon Walters’ penalty.

And it was Cahill who had the final say, as he drilled home from close range in the 87th minute to wrap up the three points for Conte’s side.

The winner sparked wild scenes of celebration amongst the Chelsea players and Fabregas was clearly thrilled to play his part in the dramatic win.

Fabregas posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account after the game and wrote the caption: “What A Win!! 👻”
