John Terry has taken to social media to reveal his delight at seeing Chelsea claim all three points against Stoke City at the Bet365 Stadium on Saturday.

The Blues left late as Gary Cahill netted a winner in the 87th minute to wrap up victory for Antonio Conte’s men and keep them flying high at the top of the Premier League table.

Willian had scored the opener in the first half but his strike was cancelled out by Jon Walters’ penalty.

Chelsea managed to secure victory without the injured Eden Hazard as they took another step towards winning the Premier League title.

And Chelsea captain Terry was delighted to see the Blues claim all three points on Saturday as they stretched their lead at the top of the table.

Terry shared the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “What a win from the boys today 👊🏻 @chelseafc

“Big 3 points before the international break.

“Well done @willianborges88 ⚽ and congrats SKIP @garyjcahill ⚽”
