Danny Welbeck has taken to social media to wish Jack Wilshere all the best after the Arsenal midfielder was ruled out of action for the rest of the season.

Wilshere suffered a minor fracture of his leg during Tottenham’s 4-0 win over Bournemouth at White Hart Lane last weekend, prompting the Englishman to return to Arsenal from his loan spell with the Cherries.

The midfielder will now undergo treatment with Arsenal as the Gunners look to get him as fit as possible before next season.

And Welbeck was quick to pay tribute to Wilshere with a post on social media after learning about the news.

Welbeck posted the photo above on Instagram and wrote the caption: “Power To Ma Boy Wilsh 🙏🏾💪🏾”

Welbeck will be hoping to feature for Arsenal when the Gunners take on Manchester City in the FA Cup semi-finals at Wembley on Sunday afternoon.
