Antonio Rudiger has taken to social media to reveal his excitement ahead of Chelsea’s Champions League opener against Qarabag on Tuesday night.

The Blues head into the game looking to kick off their European campaign with three points after having missed out on a place in Europe last term.

Chelsea were 2-1 winners over Leicester City in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon as they continued their strong start to the new campaign.

The west London side have won their last three Premier League games on the spin since losing to Burnley 3-2 in their opening match of the season.

Rudiger, who signed for Chelsea from Roma back in the summer transfer window, has played every single minute of the Blues’ Premier League campaign so far, notching up one assist for his team-mates,

And the Germany international is clearly excited about Tuesday night’s Champions League curtain raiser at Stamford Bridge.

Rudiger posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “Tomorrow night … the @uefachampionsleague finally returns #Hustle #UCL @willianborges88 @davidluiz_4 @chelseafc.”

Chelsea will then turn their attentions towards their Premier League showdown with Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.
