The Belgium forward missed Chelsea’s opening three Premier League games due to an ankle injury after the number 10 suffered a fracture during international duty in May.
Hazard played a key role in the west London side’s Premier League title success last term after the 25-year-old scored 16 goals in 36 games in the English top flight.
The Chelsea star made his return to Premier League action on Saturday as Conte handed the 2015 PFA player of the year his first appearance of the 2017-18 campaign.
Hazard replaced Spanish midfielder Cesc Fabregas for the final 12 minutes at the King Power Stadium to help the defending champions get three points in their fourth game of the season.
And the Chelsea star took to his Instagram page to post the above photo and dedicate a message to the club’s staff.
Hazard wrote: “Great to be back, thank you @chelseafc medical and coaching staff for getting me ready! #family #cfc”
Chelsea won the Premier League title with two games to spare last season thanks in part to Hazard’s valuable goals.
The Blues have won the title in two of the past three seasons.
