Inter Milan top Serie A with win over Catania

Inter Milan will hold on to their two-point lead at the summit of Serie A after a comfortable 2-1 victory over Catania at the San Siro on Saturday.
Jose Mourinho’s side were looking to bounce back from midweek disappointment when his side were held to a 2-2 draw against Dynamo Kiev.
Inter stormed to a 2-0 lead in the first half with goals from Muntari and Sneijder.
Despite conceding a late penalty, the Milan side were able to hold on to secure the points and keep their two-point lead at the top of Serie A.
