abregas set to commit immediate future to Arsenal

CescFabregas appears to be ready to commit his immediate future to Arsenal after returning to training at Emirates Stadium today.
The 23-year-old, who returned from an extended holiday following Spain’s World Cup triumph, posed for the Arsenal team photograph and was put through his paces in front of 10,000 fans at Emirates Stadium on Thursday morning.
Whilst there was no official announcement over his future, it is understoodFabregas privately told Arsene Wenger of his intention to stay in north London for this season at least.
The Spain midfielder has long been linked with a move back to his boyhood club, but Wenger remains adamant his skipper is not for sale at any price, and swiftly rejected Barca’s £29m bid forFabregas in June.
abregas returned to training alongside Robin van Persie, who was also given a longer summer break after Holland’s run to the World Cup final.
But neither of the pair will be ready for Arsenal’s final pre-season match against Polish side Legia Warsaw on Saturday.
