Jonny Sexton scored all of Leinster’s points as they edged Saracens 23-25 at Vicarage road.

Sexton converted his own try and contributed a further 18 points to condemn Sarries to their second defeat in as many games.

Stephen Mylar helped Northampton overturn a half-time deficit to edge Edinburgh 31-27 at Murrayfield.

Mylar’s 16 points were instrumental in his side’s fight-back. Chris Paterson scored 12 points for Edinburgh as both sides fell one try short of a bonus point.

Eleven points from Jonathon Wisnowski helped Racing Metro upset Clermont Auvergne 16-9. Gavin Williams provided all nine points for Clermont who failed to capitalise on their win over Saracens last week.

Tries from Joe Simpson, Tom Varndell, Ben Jacobs and Dom Waldouck saw London Wasps through to a hard fought bonus point win over Glasgow.

Dave Walder scored 18 points while opposite number Ruaridh Jackson contributed 19 points of his own as his side put up a spirited fight but ultimately fell 38-26 to the Wycombe-based side.

Leicester turned some heads with a dominant 41-10 victory over Scarlets at Welford Road. A brace from Tom Croft as well as 16 points from Toby Flood saw the East Midlanders secure the bonus point.

Twelve points from Dan Biggar and tries from experienced backs Tommy Bowe and Shane Williams saw Ospreys past a spirited London Irish side.

Toulouse showed that French sides can travel well as they tamed the Newport Dragons 40-19.

David Skrela, fresh from his heroics at home to Wasps, notched up 19 despite missing ten minutes for a yellow card.

Munster bounced back from defeat last week as they dominated French super spenders Toulon 45-18 at Thomond Park.

A try in each half from Doug Howlett and 15 points from Ronan O’Gara was enough for a disappointing Toulon side.

Biarritz blazed past Ulster 35-15 thanks to 15 points from Dimitri Yachvili while Bath eased past Aironi Rugby 22-6 to earn a bonus point through tries from Tom Biggs, Matt Carraro, Nick Abendanon and Luke Watson.
