Carling Cup draw: Man United travel to Aldershot Town
Aldershot will welcome the Premier League champions to the Recreation Ground as their dream run continues

Manchester United will travel to Aldershot Town in the fourth round of the Carling Cup after the League Two side were handed the glamour tie they were hoping for.
Aldershot, who shocked West Ham with a 2-1 win in the first round and have never previously reached this stage of the competition, will welcome Sir Alex Ferguson’s side to the Recreation Ground next month as their dream run continues.
Elsewhere, Liverpool face a testing trip to Stoke City, where Kenny Dalglish’s men came unstuck in the Premier League earlier this month. Last year’s runners-up Arsenal host Bolton Wanderers, while 2007 winners Chelsea will travel to Everton.
Southampton will face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park in an all-Championship affair and Blackburn Rovers will face Premier League rivals Newcastle United for a place in the quarter-finals.
