Trent Bridge and Old Trafford to stage 2013 Ashes Tests

England and Wales Cricket Board confirms hosts for the 2013 and 2015 Ashes Test matches

Trent Bridge and Old Trafford will stage 2013 Ashes Tests along with Lord’s, The Oval and Durham’s Riverside, the England and Wales Cricket Board has revealed.

Lancashire, Warwickshire and Glamorgan have been handed one Test each against Australia spread over two series, while Edgbaston and Cardiff’s turn will come in the 2015 series.

Hampshire’s Rose Bowl misses out contrary to expectations ahead of Thursday’s announcement.
