Liverpool will host Stoke City in the FA Cup quarter-finals if the Reds can get past Brighton and Hove Albion at Anfield.

Kenny Dalglish’s side, who disposed of Manchester United on their way to the fifth round, have been handed another potential home tie, this time against Tony Pulis’s Potters.

Meanwhile, there will be an all-Premier League encounter at Goodison Park as Everton were paired with Sunderland, who battled to a 2-0 victory over 2005 winners Arsenal on Saturday. David Moyes’ men earned their place in the sixth round with a 2-0 win over Blackpool.

Chelsea are set for a home tie against Leicester City if Andre Villas-Boas’s men can beat Birmingham City at St Andrew’s in the fifth-round replay after Chris Hughton’s men claimed a 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge.

And Tottenham Hotspur or Stevenage will take on Owen Coyle’s Bolton Wanderers after Harry Redknapp’s men were held to a goalless draw by their League One opposition on Sunday to force a replay at White Hart Lane.
