No easy games against Liverpool, warns Man United’s Ryan Giggs
Ryan Giggs calls on Manchester United to beat Liverpool and prove the Red Devils are still the best side in England

Ryan Giggs has urged Manchester United to prove they are still the best side in the Premier League by beating Liverpool on Saturday.
The 38-year-old, who has won 12 top-flight titles under Sir Alex Ferguson’s guidance at Old Trafford, wants United to continue their dominance after securing a record 19th crown last season.
“They’re a club similar to us with massive history,” Giggs told United’s website. “We’re the two most successful teams in the country, so we know we’ve got to perform and play well to get anything from any game against them.
“We know we’re in for a tough game. It’s the club we tried to catch for so long and now we’ve caught them the challenge is to stay ahead.”
The defending champions have emerged unscathed from a tough run of fixtures, remaining unbeaten despite difficult trips to Emirates Stadium and Stamford Bridge.
“We know it’s a tough run of games but these are the games you want to be playing in,” Giggs added.
“We’re not quite at the make-or-break part of the season, but it’s an important time and we know that if we win these games then we’ll be in good shape going into the run-in.”
