Liverpool will be looking to secure an FA Cup victory over Brighton ahead of their date with Cardiff City at Wembley next weekend – and the Tipster is backing Luis Suárez to make the difference at Anfield on Sunday.

Also in this edition, find our why you’d be wise to back Louis Saha to score for Tottenham against Stevenage, with Harry Redknapp’s side set to ease past their League One opposition.

Luis Suárez to score at any time against Brighton – 4/5

Liverpool’s controversial striker is set to get a run out against Brighton after he netted the Reds’ consolation in the ill-tempered defeat by Manchester United at Old Trafford last Saturday. Despite struggling to stay out of the limelight for all the wrong reasons, that goal took his tally to an impressive nine goals for the season. Always a threat in front of goal, 4/5 for Suárez to score at any time on Sunday is great value.

Liverpool to draw first half and win second half – 13/5

The Reds have knocked out lower league opposition in six of the last eight seasons in the FA Cup and Kenny Dalglish’s side are unbeaten at Anfield this term. But the Merseysiders have struggled to break teams down and have been drawing at half-time in seven of their 12 Premier League home games. Dalglish’s side should have the quality to win this one – but not without a struggle. So Liverpool to be drawing at the interval but to go on to secure victory is good value at 13/5.

Louis Saha to score at any time against Stevenage – 6/5

Tottenham new-boy Louis Saha made his home debut in style, scoring twice against Newcastle United last week. The 33-year-old, who moved to White Hart Lane from Everton in January, is not cup-tied and the former French international has scored 11 goals in the FA Cup since moving to English football from Metz. All that makes 6/5 for him to score on Sunday excellent value.

Tottenham to beat Stevenage by two goals or more – 5/6

Tottenham overcame Cheltenham and Watford in the opening rounds of the FA Cup, scoring four goals in the process. Harry Redknapp’s side are fresh from a 5-0 thrashing of Alan Pardew’s Magpies last week, and Spurs have only lost once in 33 meetings against lower league clubs. So Spurs to beat Stevenage by two goals or more is definitely a value bet at 5/6.

The long shot: Liverpool to win from behind – 11/2

Liverpool’s FA Cup record has been less-than-impressive in recent years – the Reds were knocked out in the third round by Manchester United last season and Reading caused an upset back in 2010. The Anfield outfit started slowly in their opening FA Cup tie this season as Robbie Simpson gave Oldham Athletic a 28th-minute lead. Of course, Dalglish’s men went on to win 5-1, but the Tipster reckons the Reds could take time to ease into the game again on Sunday, so Liverpool to win from behind is this edition’s long shot at 11/2.
