Lyon would consider a “decent” offer for France goalkeeper Hugo Lloris, according to the club’s president.

The 25-year-old has made 171 appearances in four seasons at Lyon after moving to Stade de Gerland from Nice in 2008.

Lloris has developed a reputation as one of the best goalkeepers in the world and was handed the captain’s armband for France’s 2-1 victory over England at Wembley in November 2010.

The former Nice shot-stopper was the only man to play every minute of France’s Euro 2012 qualifying campaign, keeping six clean sheets in 10 games.

And Laurent Blanc decided to stick with Lloris as his skipper for their Euro 2012 campaign, which ended in a 2-0 defeat by Spain in the quarter-finals.

The Lyon star has been touted as a target for Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur in recent weeks, with reports suggesting the Reds’ first-choice goalkeeper Pepe Reina could be set to leave Anfield, while Spurs are looking for a long-term replacement for veteran Brad Friedel.

“Lloris can go, but only for a decent price in relation to the market,” Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas told TF1.

Reina joined Liverpool from Villarreal in 2006 and the 29-year-old has kept 64 clean sheets in 264 appearances for the Reds.

But the Barcelona youth graduate has been linked with a move to Serie A runners-up AC Milan in recent weeks, with Massimiliano Allegri keen to bolster his defence after missing out on the league title to Juventus last season.
