Roger Federer opens play on Centre Court on Monday 2 July at Wimbledon when the six-time champion takes on unseeded Belgian Xavier Malisse.

Ana Ivanovic then faces second seed Victoria Azarenka, before defending champion Novak Djokovic tackles fellow Serb Viktor Troicki on the main show court.

World No1 Maria Sharapova takes on 2011 semi-finalist Sabine Lisicki start proceedings on No1 Court, before British No1 Andy Murray takes on Croatian Marin Cilic. David Ferrer’s clash with Juan Martin del Potro is last up.

The weather forecast for Monday does not look too promising, with scattered showers expected throughout the day at SW19.
