Ashley Young can become a Man United great, says Jesper Blomqvist
Former Manchester United midfielder Jesper Blomqvist believes Ashley Young can become a legend at Old Trafford

Ashley Young can become an Old Trafford great, according former Manchester United winger Jesper Blomqvist.
The England international has started three games after returning from a knee injury which ruled the midfielder out for two months back in September.
Blomqvist, who was part Sir Alex Ferguson’s treble-winning side in 1999, has been impressed by Young’s start to his Old Trafford career, and the former Sweden star is backing the former Aston Villa man to improve this term.
“Ashley’s a different kind of winger to what I was,” Blomqvist told United’s website.
“He’s a right-footer playing on the left and that’s not easy. I tried to play on the right a few times and always found it difficult. I never felt at home there.
“Ashley doesn’t dribble past people on the outside as much as I used to but I think that’s because he’s playing on the opposite wing, which forces you to play a different style.
“I like him, though. He did well last season and now it’s time for him to push on take the next step.
“Valencia, for example, keeps growing and growing – he seems to get stronger every time I see him. You can see he’s improved a lot and developed his game since he arrived at the club.”
Young has scored eight goals in 34 appearances after completing a £15m move from Aston Villa to United in 2011.
