Edin Dzeko and Luis Suárez all Tweet their thoughts as Manchester City win, while Chelsea and Liverpool draw

Luis Suárez scored a late equaliser to help Liverpool secure a 1-1 draw with title-chasing Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Elsewhere, Manchester City’s Edin Dzeko netted a dramatic winner in a 2-1 victory over Tottenham, while West Ham United were 1-0 victors at St James’ Park.
