Celtic reached the Champions League knockout stage for just the third time in their history after a 2-1 victory over Spartak Moscow at Parkhead on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Chelsea’s title defence was ended, with their 6-1 victory over Nordsjaelland rendered meaningless after Juventus won in Donetsk, while Manchester United were beaten by Cluj.
