Indian Wells 2013: Caroline Wozniacki not focused on ranking
Indian Wells 2013: Caroline Wozniacki says she's not concerned about reclaiming top spot as she prepares to face Angelique Kerber

Caroline Wozniacki insists she is not concerned about reclaiming her No1 ranking as she prepares to face Angelique Kerber at Indian Wells.
The 22-year-old, who has dropped down to No10 in the WTA rankings after holding the top spot for 67 weeks, was knocked out of the Dubai Championships by eventual winner Petra Kvitova in the semi-finals last month.
However, the Dane says that she is only focused on the next tournament – and not her ranking – as she gears up for her second-round clash with German Kerber.
“Everyone wants to be No1, but right now my focus is trying to play well, win tournaments,” said Wozniacki.
“That might change during the year; we just have to see what happens.
“I feel like I’m in great shape. I’ve been working out really hard, getting myself into good physical shape, where I feel I can play my best tennis.
“It’s a great feeling going to bed at night knowing you’ve done everything you can.”
