Man United transfers: Eliaquim Mangala admits he's flattered to hear of speculation linking him with a move to Old Trafford

Eliaquim Mangala admits he has been flattered to hear of speculation linking him with a transfer to Manchester United.
The 22-year-old has been touted as a possible summer target for Red Devils boss Sir Alex Ferguson as he looks to boost his defensive options at Old Trafford.
United are reportedly prepared to offload centre-half Nemanja Vidic in the summer and the Porto defender has been identified as a potential target for the Premier League leaders.
And France Under-21 international Mangala, whose Porto contract expires in 2016, admits he has been thrilled to be linked with a move to United.
“I am definitely flattered by the interest of such a big club like Manchester United, any player would be,” Mangala told Sky Sports.
“I have a contract here until 2016 so even if I want to go, Porto will have their say in the transfer.”
Mangala, who is of Congolese descent, has scored five goals in 43 appearances for Porto since joining the Portuguese side from Standard Liege in 2011.
