Moussa Sissoko says he is living the dream playing in the Premier League ahead of Newcastle United’s trip to Manchester City on Saturday.

The France international has made an instant impact in the English top flight after completing a move to the Magpies from Toulouse during the January transfer window.

Sissoko has scored three goals and made two assists, including a spectacular winner against Chelsea, and the midfielder is relishing facing the Premier League champions at the Etihad Stadium.

“One of the reasons I came to Newcastle was to play against the big clubs like Chelsea and City,” Sissoko told the Daily Star.

“I’ve always thought the Premier League is the best in the world and nothing I have experienced so far has made me change my mind.

“For me, it’s a dream to play in such great games and come up against such great players.

“Newcastle have helped fulfil my dreams. That is why every time I go out there I give my best shot to keep the dream alive.

“It’s going to be hard for us but we’ll give it a real go and we’ll do everything possible to come away with the victory.”
