Arsenal transfers: Fiorentina’s Stevan Jovetić ‘wants a new experience’
Arsenal transfers: Fiorentina general manager Sandro Mencucci says Stevan Jovetić is seeking a "new experience"

Stevan Jovetić wants a new experience amid reported interest from Arsenal, according to Fiorentina’s general manager Sandro Mencucci.
The Monetnegro international’s future has been a source of constant speculation in recent weeks, with Arsenal and Chelsea being linked with the midfielder, as well as Serie A champions Juventus.
The 23-year-old was one of the driving forces behind Fiorentina’s bid to qualify for the Champions League as La Viola missed out on a top-three finish following AC Milan’s win on the final day of the season.
And Mencucci confirmed Jovetić, who has scored 13 goals in 33 top-flight appearances this term and is valued at around £25m, is seeking a move away from the club in the summer.
“Jovetić wants a new experience and we’ll try to make him happy, but only if a suitable offer comes in,” Mencucci told Sky Sports.
Meanwhile, the Fiorentina chief confirmed the club are keen to tie down one-time Manchester United target Adam Ljajic to a new long-term deal at the Florence outfit.
He added: “We want to renew Ljajic’s contract and will see how that negotiation process evolves.”
