Holloway ‘disappointed’ Man United’s Zaha won’t work under Ferguson
Crystal Palace's Ian Holloway says he is "disappointed" Manchester United-bound Wilfried Zaha won't get to work with Sir Alex Ferguson

Ian Holloway admits he is disappointed Crystal Palace youngster Wilfried Zaha won’t get the opportunity to work with Sir Alex Ferguson.
The 20-year-old completed a £15m move to the Red Devils in the January transfer window before returning to Palace on loan for the remainder of the season.
Ferguson announced he will retire at the end of the campaign after 26 years at Old Trafford, with Everton manager David Moyes named as his compatriot’s successor on Thursday.
It means Zaha has the honour of being the last United signing of the Ferguson era but the winger won’t get the opportunity to work directly with English football’s most successful manager.
“I feel sad really, it’s an end of an era obviously. I’m disappointed for Wilf [Wilfried Zaha] too, it would have been good for him to have one or two
years with Sir Alex,” said Holloway.
“I’m sure the main man will have dictated what’s happening though and I’m sure it’ll go from strength to strength.”
Zaha has scored 16 goals in 140 appearances for the London side after making his debut in 2010.
