Liverpool transfers: Genoa midfielder Juraj Kucka says he is flattered by reported interest from the Reds

Juraj Kucka says he is flattered by reported interest from Liverpool but is staying focused on Genoa.
The Slovakia midfielder has impressed for the Serie A side this season, scoring three goals and making three assists in 33 top-flight appearances.
The Merseyside outfit already have one Slovakian in their ranks – centre-half Martin Skrtel – and Kucka admitted it would be an honour to wear the
Liverpool shirt.
“It’s good news,” Kucka told Dennik Sport. “I have read it on the internet.
“I have not called my compatriot Martin Skrtel and have no plans to do so. I prefer to keep my feet on the ground.
“I am a Genoa player, so I have to think that I’ll play in Genoa the next season.
“But I can imagine what it would mean to wear the Liverpool shirt.”
Kucka, who has 29 Slovakia caps, has scored five goals in 76 appearances for Genoa after joining in a £3m (€3.6m) deal from Sparta Praha in 2011.
