West Ham transfers: Joe Cole urges Andy Carroll to quit Liverpool and move to West Ham United on a permanent deal

Joe Cole has urged Andy Carroll to quit Liverpool and move to West Ham United on a permanent deal.
The England international was a key part of Sam Allardyce’s Hammers side as they secured a 10th-place finish in the Premier League this term.
Carroll scored seven goals in 23 top-flight appearances after joining on a season-long loan and West Ham are understood to have already tabled a £15m bid for the forward in recent days.
And Cole believes that the 24-year-old striker could score “20-30″ goals next season should he chose to return to east London on a permanent basis.
“We play to suit him, we play around him,” Cole told talkSPORT.
“We try and get good quality balls into the box for him to head and that is going to be valuable. If I was him, I would be wanting to stay at West Ham.
“The lads love him and the fans have taken to him. If he keeps himself fit he can get 20-30 goals next season and really kick on.”
Last week, Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers revealed that he expected Carroll’s future to resolved sooner rather than later.
“We will talk again with him and the club to see how it all evolves,” said Rodgers. “It’s one of those situations where it will probably be resolved a lot quicker than that for both parties.”
