The Morocco international is reported to be a target for north London duo Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur after an eye-catching season at the Ligue 1 side.
The 23-year-old was rewarded with a new contract following Montpellier’s league title success in 2012, but it hasn’t staved off interest in the youngster.
And Montpellier’s president Nicollin revealed on his Twitter page that Belhanda was the subject of two bids.
“We have two concrete offers for Y. Belhanda with whom we are in agreement, it is up to the player to choose,” said Nicollin.
Belhanda, who has scored two goals in 21 appearances for Morocco, has scored 26 goals and made 16 assists in 142 appearances for Montpellier after making his debut in 2009.
He went on to win the Ligue 1 young player of the year award in 2012 for his contribution to the club’s title success.
