Romelu Lukaku missed the decisive spot-kick as Bayern Munich beat Chelsea 5-4 on penalties in the Uefa Super Cup in Prague.

Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard looked to have won the showpiece with his 92nd-minute strike after Fernando Torres and Franck Ribery scored in normal time, but Javi Martinez netted a late equaliser, focing the shootout.
