Getafe have become the latest Spanish club to announce a new partnership with viagogo, the world’s largest ticket marketplace.

The partnership, which was announced days after viagogo’s deal with Real Betis, comes into effect immediately and will allow Getafe supporters to buy and sell match day and season tickets safely and securely.

The ticketing company has local language websites in nearly 50 different countries, making it easier for international fans to buy tickets for home games at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez.

Jose Antonio Cuetara, marketing director of Getafe said: “We are delighted to be working with the world’s largest ticket marketplace. Through this convenient new service, fans will be able to buy tickets securely to all Getafe CF matches wherever they are in the world.”

viagogo’s spokesperson Steve Roest added: “We’re proud to be announce our ninth partnership in Spain’s La Liga. We will be working closely with the club to help Getafe CF welcome even more fans to the stadium, by giving all their global supporters a new way to buy tickets online.”
