Patrice Evra admits Paul Pogba’s exit from Manchester United to join Juventus was a “huge loss” for the Red Devils.

The France international opted to quit Old Trafford in 2012 to move to the Serie A side and won the Italian title with his new club last season.

And his compatriot Evra believes that the 20-year-old departure from United was a big blow for the Red Devils.

“His [Pogba’s] talent on the pitch, his aggression, his presence, is very rare,” Evra told TF1.

“He very quickly earned the respect of players like Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes.

“It’s true that have you have to win over the manager too, but to have won the dressing room like he did [was impressive].

“It was truly a huge loss when he left the club.”
