Yannick Bolasie believes Manchester United winger Wilfried Zaha would love to seal a return to Crystal Palace.

The 20-year-old, who was Sir Alex Ferguson’s final signing for the Red Devils, has yet to make a Premier League appearance for United since joining the club in the summer.

Zaha has so far only featured twice for United – in the Community Shield win over Wigan back in August and a 76-minute run out in a 4-0 Capital One Cup victory over Norwich City.

The England international has been linked with a return to Palace on loan in January, and Bolasie would welcome his former team-mate back at Selhurst Park to help the Eagles beat the drop.

“I think Wilf would probably love to come back down here and be back at home,’ Bolasie told talkSPORT.

“Also not forgetting the fact we’re playing in the Premier League which is a bonus. If he could come back that would be legendary.

“But everyone moves on, everyone’s got different plans in their career so if he doesn’t then that’s just football for you.”
