Mesut Özil and Lukas Podolski both tweet their thoughts as Arsenal seal a 2-0 victory over Marseille in the Champions League
Arsenal took a big step towards the last 16 of the Champions League thanks to a 2-0 win over Marseille at Emirates Stadium on Tuesday.
Jack Wilshere gave the hosts the lead inside 30 seconds when he curled home a delightful left-footed shot from inside the box.
Mesut Özil then saw his penalty saved just before half-time, but Wilshere fired in the Germany international’s cross in the 65th minute to secure victory for the north Londoners and put them in control of Group F.
