Phil Neville: Man United players beginning to trust David Moyes

David Moyes is gradually earning the trust of his Manchester United players after taking over at Old Trafford, according to Phil Neville.
The Red Devils have made a stuttering start to their Premier League title defence under Moyes and currently find themselves in fifth place in the Premier League table, five points behind leaders Arsenal.
Moyes has been challenged with keeping United at the top of the English game after taking over from Sir Alex Ferguson in the summer.
And Manchester United coach Neville feels that the Red Devils squad are now slowly beginning to buy in to Moyes’ philosophy.
“When you’ve had one manager who has had such a big influence on a club for 27 years, it was always going to take time for the new manager to bed down his ideas and I think it has taken three or four months,” Neville told BBC Sport.
“Now the players are beginning to trust and believe in what the manager is trying to do. He is trying to make them better.
“It was always going to take a bit of time after one man had controlled the club for so long, there was always going to be a transition period.”
