‘Liverpool’s Victor Moses needs to step up and replace Daniel Sturridge’
Liverpool forward Victor Moses needs to start proving himself at the club, according to ex-Reds striker John Aldridge

John Aldridge says Liverpool forward Victor Moses needs to start proving his worth at Anfield.
The 22-year-old struggled on a rare start for the Reds as the Merseyside outfit suffered a surprise 3-1 loss to Hull City at KC Stadium last Sunday.
Now we’re without Sturridge others have to deliver. Moses has to create and score goals

The Nigeria international has scored once in nine Premier League appearances following a season-long loan switch to the Reds from Stamford Bridge.
And former Reds striker Aldridge feels Moses needs to step up and help Liverpool replace injured striker Daniel Sturridge.
“[Moses’s performance] wasn’t good enough and he needs to start proving himself,” Aldridge wrote in his Liverpool Echo column.
“Scoring goals hasn’t been a problem for Liverpool so far this season because Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge have been so prolific.
“But now we’re without Sturridge others have to deliver. Moses has to create and score goals. It’s what he’s paid for. [He] needs to appreciate what a great opportunity he has at Liverpool.”
