Michael Dawson has urged Tottenham Hotspur to continue to stick together ahead of their trip to Fulham on Wednesday night.

Spurs secured a credible 2-2 draw with Manchester United at White Hart Lane on Sunday after a 6-0 rout at Manchester City in late November.

What happened at City was a huge disappointment, but we stuck together and we move forward

Tottenham are currently 10 points behind Premier League leaders Arsenal, and Dawson wants Spurs to make a quick start against Fulham at Craven Cottage.

“We need to start there like we did against United, get out of the blocks quickly, get in their faces and get another win on the board,” Dawson told Tottenham’s website.

“This time last season we had a good December and January and went on to have a good season, 72 points. There is a lot of football left to be played.

“What happened at City was a huge disappointment, but we stuck together and we move forward.”
