Thierry Henry believes that a new-found confidence amongst the Arsenal squad is the key to their successful start to the season.

Arsene Wenger’s men are currently five points clear at the top of the Premier League table and also lead their Champions League group heading into Wednesday night’s clash at Napoli.

And former Gunners striker Henry says that the north Londoners believe they are capable of beating any opposition in their current form.

Asked what has been the difference for Arsenal season, Henry told Sky Sports: “Just the belief that they have again, the way that they can beat any team at any moment.

“I think the game against Bayern Munich did a lot for them, knowing that they can beat the champions away from home – and well – did a lot for the young team.

“For me, since that game, everything has changed.”
