Paul Pogba has revealed that he used to “dream” of playing for Arsenal or Barcelona.

The 20-year-old France international moved to the Serie A side from Manchester United in the summer of 2012 and has been one of Juve’s standout performers since arriving at the club.

And although the midfielder insists that he is happy in Turin, he admits he used to dream of playing for the Gunners.

“I am feeling very well at Juventus, although I cannot deny that I used to dream about playing for Arsenal or Barcelona when I was a child,” Pogba told La Repubblica.

“For me, Juventus were all about Zinedine Zidane, David Trezeguet and Pavel Nedved. They had talent, class, discipline and were united as a team.”

Pogba, who has been linked with a move to Arsenal, has scored five goals and made three assists in 17 Serie A appearances for Juventus so far this season.
