The 20-year-old has been heavily linked with Arsenal and Chelsea, as well as a host of other European clubs, after a promising start to the season.
There are no offers from not a single club
Draxler, who is reported to have a £37m buyout clause in his contract, has scored one goal and made four assists in the Bundesliga this season.
The Germany international has four-and-a-half years remaining on his current Schalke deal after the midfielder penned a new contract in May 2013.
Despite increasing speculation, Schalke general manager Horst Heldt is adamant that the Bundesliga club are yet to receive any offers.
“There are no offers from not a single club,” Heldt told Sky.
Earlier on Wednesday, Heldt admitted Schalke would be powerless to prevent Draxler from leaving the German side if his buyout clause was triggered.
“We are still hopeful Julian [Draxler] is to stay on at our club,” said Heldt. “However, there are certain arrangements we cannot change!”
