Eden Hazard insists that Chelsea will continue to give it their all as they fight to bring the Premier League trophy back to Stamford Bridge this season.

The Blues recorded an impressive 3-0 win at Southampton on Wednesday to keep to within two points of league leaders Arsenal, with Jose Mourinho’s men currently in third place in the table.

And the Belgium international was delighted by the west Londoners’ latest win, as goals from Fernando Torres, Willian and Oscar handed the visitors three points at St Mary’s.

“It was important for the team and supporters,” said Hazard. “It’s always difficult here and we played very well.

“I try to work for the team; the game was very good for me against a Southampton side who played well.

“We’ll keep going, every week we try to stay near the top. We know Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool are all very good but we’ll keep doing our best.”
