Arsenal 0 Man United 0: Wojciech Szczesny looks for the positives after the Gunners are held in north London
Wojciech Szczesny looked for the positives after Arsenal were held to a goalless draw by Manchester United.
Robin van Persie forced a brilliant save from the Arsenal goalkeeper late on, while David De Gea denied Santi Cazorla and Olivier Giroud.
The draw means that Arsenal missed the chance to go top of the Premier League table but man-of-the-match Szczesny was in reflective mood after the final whistle.
The title race is going to be tight. You’ve got a lot of teams very close to each other at the top

“I thought we tried our best, we defended really well for 90 minutes,” Szczesny told BT Sport.
“We didn’t take our chances, which was disappointing but in the end it was a point against a very good side.
“We recovered from conceding five goals to another clean sheet so that’s a positive but obviously we’re disappointed about not winning the game.”
The Pole continued: “The title race is going to be tight. You’ve got a lot of teams very close to each other at the top.
“We’ve dropped points in two games now but we’ll be confident going into the last 12 or 13 games of the season and if we show our character then I believe we can do it.
“We’ll be fighting right until the end. That’s the least you can expect from players who represent Arsenal football club. We showed character today.
“I think it’s time for us to push on now and really give it a go in the remaining games of the season.”
