Liverpool vice-captain Daniel Agger sports a black eye after a collision with Simon Mignolet during a 3-0 win at Old Trafford

Daniel Agger took to his Twitter account to show off his black eye after colliding with Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet during their 3-0 victory at Old Trafford.
The Denmark international clashed with Mignolet after the Belgian attempted to punch a United corner clear but caught his own defender as Nemanja Vidic headed over the crossbar.
Agger, who was recently sidelined with a calf injury, received treatment on the pitchside but was able to continue as the Reds vice-captain helped his side see out their famous win.

Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard made the breakthrough in the first half from the penalty spot after Rafael da Silva was adjudged to have handled the ball in the area.
The 33-year-old doubled the home side’s lead in the 46th minute after Phil Jones fouled Joe Allen but the England skipper missed a third penalty after Nemanja Vidic was sent off.
Uruguay international Luis Suarez capped a fine team performance with a 84th-minute strike and the 27-year-old striker took to his Twitter to post a picture with his team-mates.
