‘Liverpool’s Luis Suarez can emulate Thierry Henry’s Arsenal impact’
Jamie Carragher believes Luis Suárez will become Liverpool's version of Thierry Henry if the Reds win the title

Luis Suarez can emulate Arsenal legend Thierry Henry by inspiring Liverpool to the Premier League title, according to Jamie Carragher.
The Uruguay international has scored 29 Premier League goals this season after netting in Liverpool’s 4-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield.
If he could take Liverpool to the title, he would be as close to any striker to Thierry Henry

The 27-year-old, who joined Liverpool from Ajax in a £22.75m move in January 2011, has also made 11 assists in 27 Premier League appearances.
Henry proved instrumental in Arsenal’s title successes in 2002 and 2004 as the former France international scored a combined 54 goals for the Gunners.
And Carragher reckons South American Suarez is having a similar impact for Liverpool.
“We’ve spoken all season about the greats of Liverpool; Dalglish and Gerrard,” Carragher told Sky Sports.
“If he takes Liverpool to the league title, he is up there with that band of players. You can call him whatever you want.
“It’s the same with the Premier League, if he could take Liverpool to the title, he would be as close to any striker to Thierry Henry.
“I think Suarez is a close to him as anyone. He gets goals, he gets assists and he conjures up magic pieces of play. He is the full package.”
