Atletico Madrid 0 Chelsea 0: Jose Mourinho calls on the Blues to be ready for the "game of their lives" in return leg
Jose Mourinho called on Chelsea to prepare for the “game of their lives” after his side’s battling defensive performance kept Atletico Madrid at bay in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final.
The Blues lost Petr Cech to a shoulder injury after the goalkeeper fell awkwardly keeping out a corner in the first half, but Mark Schwarzer had little to do in keeping the La Liga side at bay in Madrid.
Now the game of our lives is at Stamford Bridge

The visitors’ best chance of the night fell to Ramires but the midfielder fired wide.
The goalless draw leaves the last-four tie wide open ahead of next week’s return leg at Stamford Bridge – and Mourinho said: “This result leaves everything even more related to details for the second leg.
“We had problems before the game, we had problems during the game. We lose four players during the game, two with injuries and two with yellow cards. But we will fight.
“Branislav Ivanovic is back, Schwarzer showed clearly that we can trust him. People who are not playing a lot like Ashley Cole produced an amazing performance.
“Before the game we were speaking about the game of our lives – now the game of our lives is at Stamford Bridge.”
Mourinho also confirmed that Cech is out for the season with a shoulder injury, while John Terry is also set for a spell on the sidelines.
