Chelsea transfers: Thibaut Courtois to reveal where future lies
Chelsea transfers: Thibaut Courtois reveals that there will be "official news" about his future in the coming days

Thibaut Courtois says there will be “official news” next week as to whether he will return to Chelsea or stay on loan at Atletico Madrid.
The 21-year-old goalkeeper, who has been on loan at Atletico since joining Chelsea back in 2011, has seen himself linked with a big-money move to Real Madrid in recent weeks.
I can’t say much more about it but, in the next weeks, there will be official news

Courtois moved to Chelsea from Genk in 2011 and has won the Copa del Rey, Europa League and Uefa Super Cup during his extended stay at Vicente Calderon.
But the shot-stopper hopes to put an end to the speculation about his future via an official announcement in the coming days.
“Next week it will become clear where I’m playing next season,” Courtois told Sporza.
“It’s certain that it will be Chelsea or Atletico and no other club. I can’t say much more about it but, in the next weeks, there will be official news.”
Speaking earlier this week, Courtois insisted that he had not discussed his future with Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho.
“I’ve never spoken with Mourinho,” he said. “At the moment Chelsea cannot guarantee me a place in goal because [Petr] Cech is there, he is playing well and is one of the best ‘keepers in the world.”
