Tottenham Hotspur defender Zeki Fryers heaps praise on Spurs playmaker Christian Eriksen

Zeki Fryers believes Christian Eriksen does Tottenham Hotspur the world of good.
The Denmark international has been in impressive form in recent weeks, scoring four goals and making five assists in five Premier League appearances.
He’s a great player. He knows that, we know that and he does the team the world of good

The 22-year-old midfielder has endured an injury-hit first campaign at the north London side following a £11m move from Ajax last summer.
And Fryers talked up Eriksen’s qualities ahead of Tottenham’s trip to Stoke City on Saturday.
“I think Christian’s now found a vein of form where he can really do well,” Eriksen told Tottenham’s website.
“He’s a great player. He knows that, we know that and he does the team the world of good.
“From his form, his crosses, his assists and his passes we can get the goals we need – and of course he can hit the target himself as well.”
Earlier this month, Spurs manager Tim Sherwood compared Eriksen to Arsenal legend Dennis Bergkamp.
“Eriksen is one who just can’t be left out. He’s Bergkamp-esque,” Sherwood said.
“You want someone to rush those chances, as an opposition manager, but when it lands to him you know he’s going to be ice cold.
“Once he cut inside I knew the net was catching the ball.”
