Daniel Sturridge admits he is desperate to return to from injury to help Liverpool's Premier League title bid

Daniel Sturridge admits that he is desperate to return to from injury to help Liverpool’s Premier League title bid.
The England international was substituted in the second half of Sunday’s dramatic 3-2 win over Manchester City after picking up a hamstring problem at Anfield.
Liverpool confirmed that the 24-year-old had suffered a “small strain” on Wednesday and hinted that the forward could be available for Sunday’s clash at Norwich City.
And Sturridge tweeted on Thursday: “Pushing myself to get back ASAP! Fuming I’m injured but it’s life. Everything for a reason. God has his plan. #redordead”
Sturridge has been one of Liverpool standout performers so far this season, scoring 20 goals and making seven assists in 26 Premier League games.
Liverpool, who are currently two points clear at the top of the Premier League, can take a step closer to the title with victory at Carrow Road.
