Liverpool No1 Simon Mignolet ‘not surprised’ by Luis Suarez’s form
Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet lavishes praise on Reds striker Luis Suárez ahead of their Chelsea clash

Simon Mignolet admits he hasn’t been surprised by Luis Suarez’s performances this season.
The Uruguay international scored his 30th Premier League goal of the current campaign as Liverpool were 3-2 winners against Norwich City on Sunday.
He is so good and we’re very pleased to have him

Suarez is one of the leading contenders to win the PFA’s player of the year award, alongside fellow team-mates Steven Gerrard and Daniel Sturridge.
And Mignolet, who moved to the Reds in a £9m deal from Sunderland last summer, hailed the 27-year-old’s ability ahead of Sunday’s clash against Chelsea.
“To score 30 league goals in a season is amazing,” Mignolet told the Liverpool Echo.
“Everybody knows what Luis can do and the goals he contributes to the team are very important for us.
“He doesn’t surprise me anymore. I see him every day in training.
“It’s not an accident, it’s not luck, the reason he has scored so many goals is down to his ability. He is so good and we’re very pleased to have him.”
