Man United transfers: Pep Guardiola says that Toni Kroos will have the final say about his future

Pep Guardiola says Toni Kroos will have the final say on his future amid reported interest in the Bayern Munich star from Manchester United.
The 24-year-old midfielder has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford in recent weeks, with reports this week claiming that the Red Devils are ready to offer the player a £260,000-a-week deal to lure him to England.

Kroos’ contract at the Allianz Arena is due to expire at the end of next season, prompting speculation that he could leave the Bundesliga champions this summer.
But Guardiola has insisted that Bayern that chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and sporting director Matthias Sammer have not given up hope of convincing Kroos to stay at the club.
“[Rummenigge and Sammer] will do everything to keep Toni here,” said Guardiola. “But it is up to Toni. He is a young person, it is his decision.”
Guardiola’s comments come after Kroos’ agent Volker Struth insisted that there has been no contract offer from United.
“There has not been any official contract offer [from Manchester United],” Struth told Bild.
“And there is absolutely no need to table an official bid either because Toni will stay with Bayern Munich at least until 2015.”
