Man United transfers: Toni Kroos's agent plays down talk of his client moving to Old Trafford

Toni Kroos’s agent has played down speculation linking him with a transfer to Manchester United by saying that he expects to see his client stay at Bayern Munich.
The 24-year-old midfielder was part of the Bayern side who earned a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford last week in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final.

Kroos’s contract is due to expire at the end of next season, but despite reports linking him with the Red Devils, his representative feels that the Germany international is likely to stay at the Allianz Arena.
“For months we’ve been hearing all kinds of rumours and we won’t comment on them,” Volker Struth told Bild.
“But currently I believe that Toni will stay at Bayern at least until 2015.”
Speaking last week, the player himself played down the speculation about his future.
“I belong to Bayern Munich,” Kroos told German media.
“[Old Trafford] is a beautiful stadium, but I belong to Bayern Munich and that’s good.”
