Nacer Chadli praises free-scoring Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Nacer Chadli says Spurs are creating plenty of chances to score goals

Nacer Chadli has hailed Tottenham Hotspur’s firepower after a 3-1 win against Fulham.

Goals from Paulinho, Harry Kane and Younes Kaboul sealed a comfortable victory over their London rivals, keeping alive their slim hopes of a fourth-place finish.

Tottenham have scored 11 goals in their last three Premier League games against Fulham, West Bromwich Albion and Sunderland.

And Belgium international Chadli, who has scored a goal and made three assists since joining Spurs last summer, talked up their attacking ability.

“We create enough chances to score goals and we’ve been putting some of them away,” Chadli told Tottenham’s website.

“In the first half our tempo was too low and we spent too long on the ball. We knew we had to play faster and as we all saw the second half was better, we scored quickly and we created good chances.

“Everybody is happy after the result. We played very well and it’s a good win for us.”
