Wenger gives latest Arsenal injury update after West Ham win
Arsene Wenger admits he is unsure if Abou Diaby will play for Arsenal this season despite midfielder returning to training

Arsene Wenger admitted that he is unsure if Abou Diaby will be fit to play this season after Arsenal’s 3-1 win over West Ham on Tuesday night.
The 27-year-old French midfielder has been out of action since injuring his ankle ligaments back in March 2013 and has not yet featured this term.
And although the 27-year-old is back in full training, Wenger said that he will be careful not to rush his comeback.
Diaby looks physically fine, but he has to play one or two games before I consider bringing him back

“Abou is back in full training on Thursday,” said Wenger, whose side moved up to fourth place thanks to the win over the Hammers.
“It’s very difficult to say [if he will play this season] because he has not played for over a year now, and it’s very difficult for me [to decide].
“He looks physically fine, but he has to play one or two games before I consider bringing him back.”
The Arsenal boss also confirmed that Mesut Ozil should be available for Sunday’s trip to Hull City after the playmaker’s lay-off with a hamstring injury.
He added: “Ozil should be available for the weekend.”
